i would be up for different solutions here, i guess by mail would be the most flexibel and easiest solution.

might be less important once the deadline implementation is working

Should be addressed in 2022.3 ver
There is still TODO to add "send test email" option so u don't have to go via photoshop.

If you are using google as your email handler, you need to generate simple password https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en
